Lyman, our Managing Partner has been an agent since 2003. Prior to shifting careers, he worked 14 years for his family’s historic farm, The Lyman Farm, Inc. running various operations including wholesale, retail, and golf operations. Jim had the opportunity to both witness and deal with the problems that come along with not having the right coverage. It was his experience with the deficiencies in dealing with career agents with no business background that drove him to develop an agency model that approached coverage with a genuine business mindset.
